Lift Line at Viceroy Snowmass

The menu, curated by Culinary Director Chef Matt Zubrod, focuses on familiar favorites executed with intention, including a signature Wagyu burger sourced from Cross Creek Ranch in Durango, Colorado. Other highlights include line-caught fish and chips, an open-face albacore tuna melt, and a Wagyu raclette steak sandwich. Sam’s
Perched atop the Village Express Lift, Sam’s offers a modern Italian dining experience with breathtaking mountain views. After a multi-million-dollar reconstruction, the restaurant boasts a bright and beautiful dining room where guests can enjoy antipasti, house-made pastas, and a variety of thoughtfully sourced entrées. The bar serves signature cocktails like the Negroni Spritz, perfect for soaking in the vistas from one of the most stunning seats in Snowmass. Non-skiing guests can access Sam’s for an 11 a.m. lunch via a Foot Pass ride on the Village Express lift.
The Flower Shop
Formerly known as The Last Chair, The Flower Shop has transformed into a lively bar and bistro with a 1970s-inspired retro ski lodge ambiance. Serving contemporary Australian and American comfort food, the menu features offerings like salt and pepper prawns, scotch eggs, double smash burgers, and Korean short ribs. The bar offers classic cocktails, cold beer, a pool table, and fireplaces, creating an easygoing spot perfect for kicking off the evening or winding down after a day on the slopes. Happy Hour runs daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Industry Night takes place on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. until late.
